WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Wear your jewelry often. The oils in your skin are your jewelry’s best friend to help keep it healthy.

Air and moisture can lead to tarnishing. Store your jewelry in sealable plastic bags in cool, dark, and dry places.

Take your jewelry off when doing household chores or before you swim to avoid harsh chemicals

IS THE TURQUOISE REAL?

Yes! All turquoise we use are genuine turquoise stones.

CAN I PICK MY OWN STONE?

Absolutely! When placing the order, put in the personalization box that you would like to pick! We will contact you to send you options.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

Most accurate way is to go to a jeweler and have them size you. You can also order a ring sizer from us or go to your local store and try on their rings to get an idea on size! He can make most designs in any size.

DOES HE DO CUSTOM PIECES?

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIR POLICIES?

Made-to-order jewelry ships after approximately 8 weeks, once design details, sizing and stones are finalized. Ready-to-ship orders are processed in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For returns or exchanges, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry must be in its original condition. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Resizing and repairs are available for a fee when the design allows. Contact us with photos before sending jewelry for options, instructions and an estimate.

Packages are insured. Contact us promptly if a shipment is lost or damaged. Please provide an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly entered address.
